Etofentrox is a very new CHO compound composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen only. It has a very low mammalian toxicity and hence, very safe insecticide.   It has a low toxicity to fish and certain spiders, and important natural enemies of insect in paddy fields.   Ethofentrox     is rapid knockdown action with persist protection and has no resurgence activity.  Ethofentrox    is an effective insecticide for the control. Of stem borer, leaf roller and gallmidge, whorl maggot, brown plant hopper, green leaf hopper and white back plant hopper on rice.
